Another food!
Hello, my name in this blog would be “W” and I am a mexican. It's a pleasure to meet you! From some years, I started to see videoblogs about people in other contry living a day in them life. So i started to think about the similitaries and diferences with them. From an example: The chili. I been hearing about how we, mexicans, use it in everything. And maybe thats right in someway. But there is a lot of another food that maybe you haven hear that much. We have a “soup” called “Pozole”. It gets prepares with corn kernels, chicken and when we serve it we put some lettuce, chili, lemon and even oregano oni t. And we eat it wit toasts, what is similar to the tortilla that selling in other countries. By the way, in Mexico, the tortillas donts suppouse to be that fried normally. When we use it in that way its for some toasts whith salad, tuna, bean or things like that, and my personal favorite: chilaquiles. But i guess im getting out a hand. Maybe ill write the netx time abut other mexic...
